Once an individual is determined eligible for PDD South supports they and their support network will be provided with information about potential service providers or those with service vacancies. Tours and visits will provide information about the possible options.  The selected service provider will submit a proposal and budget to the PDD South office and once that is approved, the service provider can begin working with the individual.

If an individual is not eligible for PDD South services, we will provide referrals and information on programs and services in areas that may be appropriate.

A Dispute Resolution Process is available to any individual who disagrees with a PDD South eligibility decision. The forms are sent with the letter indicating the person is not eligible and the process is coordinated through the PDD Appeal Secretariat.
